DB Football provides prediction games, leagues, and community features (chat and direct messages). No wagering or monetary prizes are offered.

The service is provided for entertainment purposes. Points and rankings have no monetary value.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You may not share your account or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Community Features and Content

You are responsible for the content you post (messages, predictions, profile content).

We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations of our Code of Conduct.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service.

You must be at least 14 years old to use DB Football.

This aligns with Spain's legal consent age under the LOPDGDD. If you are under 14, you may not create an account or use the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service
• Manipulate predictions, scores, or leaderboards
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

7. Enforcement & Moderation

We use both automated tools and human review to enforce our Code of Conduct and these terms.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:

• Warning: An inline warning when content may violate guidelines
• Temporary restriction: Limited ability to send messages or use social features (soft ban)
• Account suspension: Temporary inability to access your account
• Permanent ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations

Automated Safety Tools

We use automated content filtering to detect potential violations in real-time. Serious violations (such as hate speech) may result in immediate restrictions. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this works.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal by:

DB Football is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions of other users
• Accuracy of football data or match results

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
