Code of Conduct

DB Football is a community for football fans to enjoy prediction games together. We expect all members to treat each other with respect and help maintain a positive environment.
Community Rules
Be Respectful
Treat others as you would like to be treated. Disagreements about football are fine, but keep discussions civil and respectful.
No Harassment or Hate Speech
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks. This includes content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Protect Privacy
Do not share other users' personal information (doxxing). Respect others' privacy and do not post private conversations without consent.
Play Fair
No manipulation of predictions, scores, or leaderboards. No bots, scripts, or automated tools. No exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities.
No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, celebrities, or public figures. Use your own identity and do not create fake accounts.
No Spam or Scams
No spam, advertising, phishing, or scam links. No unsolicited promotions or commercial content.
Appropriate Content Only
No explicit, sexual, or violent content. No content involving minors in inappropriate contexts. Keep content suitable for all ages.
Enforcement
We use a combination of automated tools and human review to enforce this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in:
Warning
An inline warning when your content may violate guidelines. The message is still sent, but you're reminded to follow the rules.
Temporary Restriction
Limited ability to send messages or use social features for a period of time (soft ban).
Account Suspension
Temporary inability to access your account for more serious violations.
Permanent Ban
Permanent removal from the platform for severe or repeated violations.
Hate speech and other severe violations may result in immediate action without prior warning. The severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of violations.
Reporting Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, you can report it:
In-App Reporting
Use the report button on messages in chats and DMs, or on user profiles.
Support Ticket
Open a ticket via the Support page for detailed reports.

All reports are reviewed by our team. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You will not be penalized for making good-faith reports.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal by contacting us at hello@db.football or opening a support ticket.
Please include any ticket or reference number you received. We aim to review appeals within 48 hours.
Updates
We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
